Dairy Free Chocolate Ganache
It is so nice to see how food technology and recipes have evolved over time. With all the dietary restrictions cooks and bakers have to be creative and experiment with different ingredients to come up with delicious treats for the increasing costumers demands.
I LOVE chocolate ganache, it is so delicious and very versatile and this time I decided to give a twist and instead of using cream, I used a different ingredient to make it a Plant Based Chocolate Ganache!

You can also watch a video where I used this ganache to make some Mendiants, a French confection that is very traditional during Christmas season, but I think you can enjoyed them all year round.
If you don't love cranberries and hazelnuts you can use any kind of nuts, seeds and dried fruit.
