Artichokes dipping sauce
We are almost in mid June and the artichoke season will be over soon. My love for artichokes has grown in the last couple of years, and it was not until I dedicated some time to learn more about how to prepare them and how to cook them. It is relatively easy and it has became very popular here in my house, it is the snack we like to enjoy while watching a movie and enjoying a cup of wine to unwind, it is very healthy and nutritious and keep you entertained for a while! I normally I prepare them on Friday nights.
Artichoke for me has always sounds like a fancy dish, although it has nothing fancy regarding the way you eat them and I have been playing around with some ingredients I have in my house to make some sauces to serve them, and this is one of our favorites, not only because of the flavor, but also because is relatively easy and you can make substitute the jocoque, with sour cream, mayonnaise or greek yogurt.
If you are interested in learning more about how I prepare this delicious and nutritious vegetable and the sauce to serve it, you can find them here on a LIVESTREAM on KITTCH , click HERE Don't forget to follow me and check out the classes I will be having soon!
