I love the Encanto movie, and not until few days ago I made some Encanto cookies and I love Mirabel cookie!

Using the pico projector to mirror images is really a great tool to have for all cookie decorators, it facilitate a lot when making character cookies like this set I made. CLICK HERE

I made Mirabel and her sisters, plus some other cookies like the candle, butterflies and flowers. For the Mirabel Cookie here is the video MIRABEL COOKIE TUTORIAL and I made her sisters using the same technique. 

To make the cookies more realistic I decided to add 3D touches to the cookies and add simple details regarding the personality of each of the characters. 

Adding mini edible sprinkles, sanding sugar and edible glitter is really my favorite part of cookie decorating and I used a lot of those in this set.
