Bread machine Three kings cake recipe
As I promise here it is the recipe for the Bread machine three kings cake AKA Rosca de Reyes. It is very similar to the Kings Cake from Louisiana.
Using this bread machine it is really a pleasure, many years back I tried to make a "Rosca de Reyes"following the traditional recipe and it was a real mess, I was fighting with the dough and literally it never came out of my hands, it was a struggle, this is why I decided to buy it instead of making one at home. But, last year I made the Pan de muerto in the bread machine and it came out pretty, pretty good, so here I am making the Rosca on the bread machine and let me tell you...It came out beautiful!
So here is the recipe, and I hope you can give it a try!
