Bleu cheese cookies
Sweet cookies used to be my favorite cookies, not until I made these delicious blue cheese cookies! Join me while I prepared these savory cookies that will look great on your charcuterie boards.

INGREDIENTS
60 grams blue cheese
113 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
2 tbsps sour cream
1 medium egg
1 cups flour
1 tsps cayenne pepper
1 tsps sea salt
1/2 tsps pepper
1 tbsps sesame seeds
1 tbsps crushed peppers
30 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Preheat oven at 425 ºF
Have a lined a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat, a rolling pin and some cookie cutters handy.
1) Sift the flour and add the seasonings.
2) Separate the egg white and the yolk. Set aside.
3) In a bowl crumble the blue cheese with your fingers or with a pastry blender until small pieces are formed. Add the parmesan cheese and continue mixing. Add the butter and mix until combine. Add the sour cream and the yolk until it looks creamy and soft.
4) Add the flour and knead it with all the other ingredients until a ball is formed.
5) Roll out the cookie dough to an even thickness and chill it until firm.
6) Cut out different shapes of cookies, place them over the baking sheet, brush the top with egg white, add the toppings of your choice and baked them for 10-15 min.
