Few weeks ago I shared a recipe on Pinterest using a tomato as a bowl filled with an easy tuna salad and they shared it on Pinterest today's tab!! 

This is huge for a content creator, and I feel so  happy to see my pin among so many other great tomatoes recipes.

 

My mom used to make us "tomates rellenos" ...stuffed tomatoes and I always thought that they look so pretty and love the idea to use the tomato as a bowl, and here I am like 40+ years later sharing an old idea on Pinterest. 

I LOVE tomatoes and LOVE the idea to inspire others with my recipes, sometimes you don't have to spend too much money to make something look pretty and tasty.
