Beef Tamales Casserole
Ingredients:6 beef tamales 2 cups shredded beef (Eye of round roast) 2 cups green tomatillo salsa 1 cup shredded oaxaca cheese 3 Tbsp sour cream (optional) Here you can find a pin where you can see how to make the salsa Here you can find a pin on how to make a Bean tamales and chicken casserole ProcedurePreheat oven at 350ºF 1) Slices the tamales in small pieces, like 1-2 inches, they cut easier when they are cold and arrange them in the bottom of a small baking pan. 2) Add the shredded beef on top. 3) Add the salsa and cheese 4) Bake for 30-35 minutes until all the cheese is melted. To serve you can top it with some sour cream and a side of beans. |
